Prepare for Lab 01: Intro to R and Quarto

1. Install R and Rstudio before class. If you plan to use the IAC vlab, make sure you are able to access R and Rstudio there before class

2. Download the Quarto markdown file (.qmd) for Lab 1 before class, you can find it here.

3. Read Chapter 1 of JA textbook
